I pack a lot into my rest day in Paihia, and come up with a plan for next part of Te Araroa

The easy downhill day to Kerikeri doesn't end well

Puketi Forest is full of challenges but also the beautiful Mangapukahukahu Stream

An easier day walking on a variety of roads towards Omahuta Forest

I make it through the 9 hour track but almost stumble at the final hurdle

It's a road day, heading up towards the edge of Raetea Forest

The vest makes an appearance, testing out my agility, and hitting Kaitaia

The last day on the beach, crossing the 100km mark, and arriving into Ahipara

The feet are really hurting, but a cabin for the night makes everything better
